I used to come here every single day for lunch. However, the wraps gradually became smaller, the wait times longer. I'm done now for sure – quality and speed of service have declined, small portion sizes guarantee if you get a wrap one of the ingredients listed will be missing; American greed has taken over. I used to be a 5 day a week customer, until you hired a mentally ill man whom thinks he is a woman. I refuse to have a sick individual like "IT" handle or prepare my food, i actually font even want to see or speak to that thing period, so I am no longer a customer. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just had the worst service ever. I been coming to this salad and go for years. We had an issue with the 75th location that was handled back in June but all of a sudden this location is telling me I can't be served after coming back over and over since the incident happened with no issues. He claimed his manager called him while I was in line about 1 minute and told him not to serve me because of something that happened in June and was handled. When I asked him to contact his manager in front of me he all of a sudden isn't answering the phone. I literally been coming to both locations with no issues. I will be contacting corporate because he never spoke with anyway he chose to not serve me and I wasn't rude or anything. He brought up the issue all the way from June this is crazy. And now I'm at the 75th location and wasn't turned away so this young man on 99th Ave must not know what he's talking about that I'm banned from both locations when I haven't had issues getting served from either location Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Any salad can be made into a wrap. This place was amazing, large portions and inexpensive. The mint lemonade is to die for! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
