Our server Faith, was a true blessing- she worked really hard to make sure our dining experience was prompt, seamless,, and cheerful. We hadn’t received such good service in a while. My wife and I agreed, she made our night and meal better. We were also impressed on how her fellow weight staff had her back when Faith was busy with other tables, they looked after us. I actually asked to meet with the manager Chance to let him know how pleased we were. A good service was likely attribute to his management ability as well. I truly good evening after a tough, long week for us thanks to some hard-working and kind people. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Our first time visit. We loved the curb appeal and went in for dinner. Upon entering the hostess was on the phone. No eye contact, or even an acknowledgement for about 5 min. After she got off, no apologies just asked HOW MANY... The food was delicious but took us an hour at 7 pm to get food. Ouch. The table service was sketchy in that our waitress would often disappear and drinks went dry but everyone enjoyed the main meal. The salads, not so much. The free hot bread was a nice touch. The atmosphere inside was standard. Could have been better to match the cost of the meal. It felt like a cross between a sports bar and casual dinning. The bill was as expected but we did not feel like this was a repeat spot based on service with so many restaurants nearby to try. As I expected, my steak is cooked to perfection for my tongue. Since I am one of the frequent guest at this restaurant, normally the manager comes to greet us. But, in the past two visits no one from the management showed their smiley face. What's up Saltgrass? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
