The shrimps just had the look but when you tasted the bodies, they were not fresh at all. the rice and the pasta dishes were just ok, the rice was overcooked. But if you wanted a quick dinner, the food came very quick. The dessert was like a supermarket dessert. The food taste was really good , specially the pistachio sauce with spaghetti regardless the waitresses was a not friendly , expensive, overall it was okay . Price per person €45–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Good food, quick service and overall a quality meal. My bf got the grilled octopus, which was great and I had the sea bass roll, but it needed some moisture. Rating this a 4 only for the sea bass. Definitely the best italian restaurant we did in Malta. The dishes are an explosion of flavors, made with fresh products, I really recommend to taste their fishes and seafood. Lovely place for some al-dente pasta cooked with seafood. Service makes the atmosphere friendly. Price reasonable. €25-30 p.p. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came to Santini for dinner with my family and was absolutely amazing! We were 8 and everybody was very pleased with the food. I think is a good relation between amount of food/price. The service is fast and the waiter was really nice with us and funny as he loved Portuguese language. The space is ok, and you can see the kitchen which is a good thing. I would say the only downside only is the lightning. This, because my mom lost her sight in one eye and they didn’t had much light above the tables, so it was a bit stressful for her but apart of that everything was really good. An advice: boom a table otherwise, you will have to wait. This is the best advice in Malta, always book in advance for the restaurants, specially if you are a big group.

On a business trip for a week I was lucky enough to discover this place that I absolutely recommend. Elegant restaurant, tastefully furnished, cuisine with attention to detail, varied menu where each dish is carefully chosen and exquisite. The chefs do not miss a beat. To conclude the service is truly up to the occasion. Value for money like no one around. I'll be back for sure. Absolutely recommended
