Update: I went to the same Scooters today and was given a free frappe and a sincere apology from an employee! I also received a message from Scooters to have a conversation with the manager of that branch, who was not in today when I went there. Today's frappe was excellent. Just came through and got my usual coffee. Quite frustrated this time!! Ice chunks in a frappe just don't work!! And extra carmel?? Where is it? Only in the cup but not the frappe? These are too expensive to get one you can't even enjoy or drink!! Scooters in Swansea...you owe me a freebie!! Great coffee! A little inconsistent with special orders though.
