Very good customer service. I love their breakfast options, especially the bacon & gouda egg bites. Cold brew is the best in town. But I find their desserts and most of their sweet drinks to be quite overly sugary. And it's a bit pricey too, especially since my older iphone refuses to download the app for rewards.
