Calvin was so kind and accommodating. He came up to our table with my two small children and offered them coloring pages and crayons. He then brought our order to the table when it was ready and came back with ketchup to take with us as well. Would definitely recommend

Considering the experiences of others, I do not recommend this establishment. I placed orders on two separate occasions and each time, I was informed that my order had been given to another customer. This indicates a lack of regard for customer satisfaction and failure to adhere to basic service standards. Despite speaking with the manager, the issue remained unresolved, with no refund or apology offered.
The attitude of the establishment's staff and its policies left me disappointed. I do not wish to support a business that disregards fundamental principles such as customer satisfaction and service quality. I recommend others to choose alternative venues to avoid experiencing the same disappointment. I hope everyone has a more positive experience elsewhere.

This was my first visit, and it will be my last! I am highly disappointed. I understand inflation and all that. However, at this point, to eat here, you are just paying for the name and the area it is located. Call me cheap if you want to, but an order of French fries for $4.19, and this is all I get? I could have bought four dollars' worth of Russet potatoes, and I would have more French fries 🍟 than this. I bet you they weigh the fries before they cook them to make sure you receive no more, but it is okay if you get less. It is like 4 ounces of potatoes. I wish I had a food scale. I blame myself because now looking at the other pictures of French fries, I should have known better. Mind you, I only ate 1 French fry from the amount pictured!! The veggie burger I have not tried yet as I am too upset to eat. II also bought a root beer, which was good. I should have asked for more fries. Those things would have been done before I left the parking lot!! And the bag is like a slap in the face, although they may be promoting the movie. I feel like the food I got for the amount I paid, I have been shafted by Shake Shack and fed like a troll. 😆 🤣 But no! 😠 😡 👿 I'm glad I can laugh a little... but I am still livid!

Order placed at 5:30, got the food at 6:20. The order never got placed, a person who seemed to be the manager asked if you want regualr fries instead of cheese because ‘the cheese is not good today’. First, why am I to be affected of poor quality check and second, you had me pay extra for cheese fries and you would just replace with the regular one? He tried to make it up by giving me an extra fries but the way he said was very condescending imo. I’ll rather have macdonalds now.

Chicken nugget so tiny I thought I ordered kid's meal. Buns were burnt, tables smelled pukey, had to hunt down for clean table 4 times! Apple kiwi lemonade tasted like unripe green apple plus vinegar and water. Where is kiwi flavor?
$50 for 2 tiny burnt chicken burgers, 2 fries, 1 chicken nugget and lemonade?!

My daughter wanted a burger and shake for her birthday dinner. She was really excited that one of the Trolls movie themed shakes came with cotton candy on the top, but her true love is strawberry milkshakes which the Trolls shake was not. One of the staff went out of their way to customize her shake with the cotton candy topping and it made her birthday. It was a great reminder of how much of a positive impact we can make on the world with small acts of kindness. I didn’t get the man’s name, but if he’s reading this, THANK YOU.

Hamburger and French Fries with Cheese
Why don't you place the food directly on the pickup area once it's ready? I noticed that my shake had been prepared 10 minutes before the scheduled time, but I wasn't sure if it was mine. I waited for 5 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, but the employees didn't put my shake on the table. I asked if it was mine, and they gave it to me from the kitchen. What is the purpose of the pickup table if you're not going to place the food on it? Apart from that, everything was good.

Parking was very easy as the store had a front and rear parking lot. The store inside was a little chaos as so many customers were inside. Some tables were not cleaned. The fries were the best I’ve ever had, but the burger was so so considering the price.
I would try other burgers on next visit and update my review.

So I'll start with the good....the fries....everything else was extremely disappointing.....So you order here, they make your shake and let it sit and melt while they cook your food which takes an unbelievable amount of time.
I had to ask how much longer it would be. We finally get our melted shake and burgers and the order is completely wrong....they were missing items that their signature burger normally had and completely messed up which burger had add ons.
Will not be back...manager tried to offer to remake and we didn't have the time for that after waiting 30 minutes. Got our money back...ate the fries tried the burgers and threw them out and went to our movie hungry.
First time at a Shake Shack. The food was great. Loved the burgers. The fries were good, but I thought the portion on the fries was quite small. The shakes were fabulous. The dining room was a bit chaotic. A few empty tables, but nothing wiped down. Would absolutely visit another one.
