Very unfriendly staff. Today Feb 22 - 2024 we put nearly 80 euros benzine in our car and when I was trying to pay one of my cards was declined. Inmediately The most older women behind the desk made sure that everyone would listen to her and she screamed, " you don't have any money in the bank." I was in shock. I wanted to try one more time to pay and she screamed again the same, you dont have money in your bank you can try 400 times will never work. The third time we try to pay the credit card worked good and then she screamed again "your bank is very bad you should change your bank " .... awfull situation when everyone present was looking like we did something wrong. This person was extremelly rude and agresive. Avoid to go to this place.

Wat een kbedrijf . S.morgens om 5.00 zijn alle koffie automaten vrij . Van 6.00 tm 8.30 . Is 1 automaat in service . En van 8.30 tot 10.00 zijn . Alle automaten .in service . Ja het valt niet op hoor voor mensen die er vaak komen . Om maar mensen naar de balie te dwingen en veel duurdere koffie aan te smeren . Zeg je der wat van krijg je een grote mond . Het is dat ik ik verplicht moet pauze maken . Mijd deze pomp . Uw wordt bedonderd

10 minuten bezig moeten zijn om koffie te kunnen kopen. Daarbij nog vreselijke service van het personeel. Volgende keer rij ik hier door naar de volgende Shell voor mij bak koffie.

Eerst de hoofdprijs voor benzine betalen, daarna 80 cent voor je pis op een smerig toilet. Ook niet contant kunnen betalen. #schandalig #2theloo #shell / bedrijven die miljarden binnen hengellen.
