$10 cover charge and then beers are $4.25 a pop?! What a joke. Next the security was outrageous and doing the most. I was frisked upon entry like I was at a south Jackson slime pit. Bartenders were slow without having a packed bar. Went out to smoke between pool games and was searched over and over again. If yall are that scared, close down. Not everyone was searched upon re entry either. Had a drunk man bother the absolute horns off mine and my company’s Billy goat all night but security couldn’t be bothered with that. This place is obnoxious and I’ll definitely be taking my nights out somewhere else. The entire atmosphere all night was just stressful 4/8/24 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Food is good but the Manager Bret and server Katie customer service is horrible. I just tried to order a meal I get all the time over the phone and was met with attitude. So I tried to come in and speak with a manager to get some clarity and more attitude and push back. I order the same meal everytime I eat here which is for both lunch and dinner. I always get onion rings as my side with the understanding that there is an up charge to do so for dinner. I told both of them that I was fine paying the up charge just place the order only for them to repeat that there is either an upcharge or it comes with fries. I showed the manager my receipt showing I was just her last week for dinner purchasing the same meal and was told they messed up because they were able to place my order properly. I ultimately left without purchasing anything because of the customer service and was actually told by the manager I should have stayed home simply because I was trying to give Shuckers my 20 dollars. I'm giving five starts across the board for Anna!! She been our server every time we came and without her we may not have came back. She's amazing and represents perfection in customer service. And I speak from experience!! As a store manager I'd hote herein the spot at a supervisor position. Horrible service. Food was gross. Waitress lied about what came with what and was badly overcharged. Waitress refused to fix the check. I will not be returning or recommending. If you go, please avoid eating on patio and the tall blonde waitress with sores on her lips named Anna. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Brunch only offered for a Saturday at 11:00am while watching a game so it’s eggs of very limited options. The “stuffed” mushrooms were actually huge globs of totally breaded mushrooms drowning in a sauce out of a bag. They were so tough you couldn’t cut them with a fork or a knife. The “hand patted” burger was obviously a frozen patty that was cooked to death. My $30.00 meal for one was from a totally misrepresented menu and it’s apparent it’s all institutional and not fresh.
