I usually don't write reviews but I will today whoever the black skinny dude with glasses on that's on the grill is a complete douchebag with a poor attitude I came in Monday afternoon as I usually do and this dude had the worst attitude and customer service known to man whoever he is you need to fire him he was on the phone talking real Reckless to somebody I'm assuming was a customer that complained about their food and he said and I quote I do not care no refunds I also overheard him talking to an employee like she was beneath him I overheard her say his name is Michael literally every time I come into this place he has a attitude and customer service with him is nonexistent poor attitude poor work ethic other than that the food was good but he needs to get fired Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

the customer service is terrible, the food is definitely overpriced for what you get and they never get my order correct, it takes them forever to correct your order and they act like its your fault they messed the order up so always always always check your bag before you leave. university park only has one other restaurant in the area so its convenient for a last minute meal thats the only plus to this location Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I LOVE the food here and I have spread the word to my family and friends...huge fan! Recently I went there and spent close to 60 dollars. I discovered I had fries missing from my order. I contacted the restaurant in regards of the missing fries a man in the background says "she's calling for some fries? fine I mean we will give us some fries ...for real". It wasn't so much the fries what I expected was "oh my apologies we forgot your fries next time you come in we'll just include an order "...what I got was lack of customer service or empathy as a result of missing items in my order. I go over and beyond to support Black Own. I expect better customer service. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
