We moved to Poinciana about a year ago. We have struggled to find local places with good food, that isn’t fast food. We have tried several restaurants and have not liked the food. The local Mexican restaurant is awful. The pizza is either Pizza Hut or Papa John’s both are not good. Anyway, I was craving a cheesesteak, it was either drive to 192 or 27 or try Slice of New York. WE WERE IMPRESSED! We will definitely be back!! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and 2 cheesesteaks…they were very very tasty!!! I am from the Northeast originally and am picky about pizza and cheesesteaks. Thank you to Slice of NY for providing great tasting food in this area where it’s hard to find!!! I recently dined at A Slice of New York and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the owner personally welcomed me, which added a personal touch to the dining experience. Everytime I come here the owner is there and is super polite and helpful. The food is a breath of fresh air in the middle of poinciana where it’s hard to find a good plate of food sometimes. They make this NYker proud with their pizza. Best I’ve tasted since being in this area. Will definitely make this a usual dining spot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's good. Go to their website, though, for current prices. Menu prices on Google are outdated. Got the pizza and wings deal. Pizza was good. Wings were good. 27.99 for those and a 2 liter. 3.60 for each additional topping. That's all par for the course. Would order again but I'm from out of state.
