Great local place for food, produce and a pharmacy. This location stays clean and neat. The pharmacy has very curious people and is willing to answer any questions you may have.

I AM USING A CAIN. The parking was full and the limited handy cap was full. I parked in pick up slot. As there was all but 2 open. I was then threatened by pickup employee that she already call a tow truck. Been shopping there for 15 years. Last day for that. Funny how they limit handy cap parking so they have close parking for order pullers. Ada should look at this. this has become a bad place for me to do Business!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday, January 15th @ 11:50pm. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Store is supposed to close at 12 am! Store was closed and not taking customers at 11:45 pm!!!! I guess they want to lose out on money. Store should put that they’re closed at 11:45pm! Will be contacting corporate! Don’t be lazy!

My experience here was horrific and very traumatic!!!!!I patiently waited in customer service line for my turn I was there to simply purchase a money order I kindly tell the older associate my specified dollar amount needed however she charges me for a much higher amount when I received and reviewed the receipt I mentioned to the associate this is the wrong amount can u please correct this ? Her response was no you can get out of line because I remember you yelling at me in the past ! What!!! Mind you I’ve never seen or ever spoken with this associate ever how can u kick me out of line because I’m asking you to correct the amount ? She proceeded to call security , this is not customer service at all I was absolutely confused how I was being treated what triggered her first of all ? However this experience has made me never want to shop at another smiths ever again because where is there customer service training ? Are there not team meeting on how to treat customer mind you what is smith customer service moto? I am going to stand up for everyone people should not be treated like this this does not end here I don’t know the associates name but she is the older black woman with a curly f13colored wig with a side part

The store's not that bad. The cleanliness of the store could be better but I would not say it's dirty. The main complain I have is the staff. My 5 year old daughter had to use the bathroom and My wife had to talk to five people before they found someone to unlock the door. Something so simple shouldn't be so complicated. As for the products they sell they seem decently stocked. The meat and produce were fresh.

This Smith has its ups and downs. The young lady who worked the self-service line only speaks to the people she wants to instead of all the customers and they never have the stuff you need only the stuff I want.The gentleman who bagged my items was very polite a d helpful which is great but try having all the items I need please 🙏🏾 😊

4 stars because I love this store. You can imagine my shock when my son told me he was denied entry around 6:30am because he had his backpack on. My son was waiting for the RTC which he takes to his school in the mornings. He wanted to purchase something for breakfast since he was running late that day. I’m stunned that someone would turn him away just because of his school backpack. At the very least an adult could have asked him to set his backpack aside. I get it, not the best neighborhood etc…but Smith’s can you please give our CHILDREN the benefit of the doubt?

Hands down, the best grocery I've found in Vegas. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The greet you, offer assistance (even if they aren't in the department, they find the answer), definitely my favorite place fir groceries.

Do not go right before twelve they will already have the doors locked. I wonder if the owner knows this behavior from their employees

This location is always busy at check-out.The deli section is pretty small compaired to other locations in town.The meat department is the best in my opinion has cuts not found at other Smiths near by.Customer service is fair.
