I spent my birthday here, with a bunch of friends we rented some pool tables. Those who couldn’t play at the moment enjoyed the free darts! Drinks are great, service is usually awesome! I come back any time I want to have a chill evening with some friends!

Bij binnenkomst nog voor je je speelballen heb moet je al wat drinken bestellen Want dat is het protocol, en als je nou niks wil drinken komt de eigenaar achter je aan en heb je maar drinken te bestellen, al heb je net een snoekentafel van €13,20 per uur bij hem afgenomen Nou nee dankjewel Veel plezier. vervolgens ben je nooit meer welkom na 35 jaar ! verschrikkelijk totaal niet klantgericht alleen bezig met een drankje van €2,50 Hoe dom kan je zijn! Het concept consumptie verplicht begrijp ik volledig echter begrijpen ze dit hier zelf niet. Je moet direct bij binnenkomst drinken bestellen anders ben je niet welkom. Consumptie verplicht binnen 1 minuut na binnenkomst kan je het beter noemen. Misschien zouden jullie eens kunnen proberen om je gasten de kans te geven om hun jas uit te doen en de tafel op te maken. Doe niet zo ongastvrij en onvriendelijk, jullie begrijpen niet hoe het werkt! Ik heb mn hele leven in de horeca gewerkt maar ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Ik hoop voor jullie dat jullie eens nadenken over wat je op deze manier uitstraalt naar je gasten. Als ik 0 sterren kon geven had ik dat gedaan.

It was a nice place, but we got charged 50 euros for playing a bit less then 2 hours and 5 drinks. Random costs were added to the bill that the waiter blamed at the manager, it was very strange and should not be this expensive

Waiter refers to me as ''having bad manners'' as he needed to assist my boyfriend with carrying drinks to the table. Extremely rude and unnecessary. I will never come again to this place which is unfortunate, cause I used to be a regular visitor.

Bestelde 2 bier, kreeg 2 halve. Ik vroeg de beste man of hij 2 volle wilde geven. Kon hij niet hebben. Mijn houding stond hem niet aan en vond het nodig om politie te bellen Ik probeerde het later bij zijn collega die kon wel een vol biertje tappen. Toen ik moest betalen en hem er op wees dat zijn collega goed bier kon tappen. Werdt het hem teveel en wilde mij uit "zijn zaak" hebben. 1 ster voor klantgerichtheid

Beste cafe waar ik in mijn leven ben geweest, studenten korting voor het poolen, lage prijzen in het algemeen, medewerkers en eigennaar zijn geweldig en heel spraakzaam.

It is located in the center of Delft and on a foot proximity from any direction. The decoration of the place is poor and refers to previous decades. The music is always more or less the same and mostly of the 1980ies. The pool tables are too close to each other, the snacks of poor quality and as a policy they do not serve a glass of water even if you are dead thirsty. Slso the clearness and tiredness of the place is obscure and poor. For example soap is a requirement missing in the lavatory. On the other side the people who are working there are friendly and kind. Also their prices are very reasonable.
