If one orders boba tea, with the purpose of having a drink with what it is characterized for, it is to be expected to have the tapioca balls in it. I wasn't told that they were out of tapioca while ordering my fresh milk brown sugar boba tea until I came back 5 minutes later after realising it was missing, and the flavour didn't save it, it was just milk with ice. Has potential but lot of improvement in service and practice is needed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
