My dad went yesterday and had a horrible experience first he ordered a chili cheese coney, reg fries and a chocolate malt.. well the girl who took his order didn't know what a malt was lol so he said a chocolate milkshake then... she had to come out to his vehicle twice to ask him what he had said... then she asked if he had ordered the all American dog when he clearly said chili cheese coney lol... well got his order and the person he got the milkshake for said it was spoiled!!!!!! The store employees were really kind and they really made sure all my needs were meet when taking my order. When they came out with my food they were very nice with a smile and while I was eating they came back to check up on me and see if I was good. They really care about the costumer. I’m a current resident who’s been in Odessa for almost two years.This Sonic itself was drastically enhanced and evolved since the new general manager who’s takes over the store. The new general manager have amazing work ethic and customer service and the full dedication with each other from the staff from Sonic all the way to the customer service have a strong team also customer base.
