I worked here when I was 16 and let you guys sucker me into getting into a dumpster taller than my head with no help for your change dispenser(it attached to a trash bag while I was doing trash). I'll always be kind to your teen workers because I know you guys have trouble doing so. That's all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Typically have an okay time coming here. They serve their whole menu all day. All I was going to order was a medium popcorn chicken at 9 am and got an attitude about it. “Well it’s actually a 9 min wait that early in the morning” after cutting me off before i could even finish my order. Same girl any other time I go in constantly cutting you off while you’re ordering, you say one thing and you get “is that it?” Heather either needs retrained or needs to find a different job. Obviously isn’t happy and obviously likes to show attitude to anyone she talks too. Definitely won’t be back in the mornings anymore since she is there. My experience has gone down each time I’ve been the last month. Service: 1

Be careful they have a guy in the drive through window either can't count or is just outright trying to steal your change. I paid with a $5.00 for a route 44 during happy hour today and got back $2.00..yesterday I gave him a $20.00 and he gave me back $11.00..for a 1.84 drink on both. Learned my lesson will just order through the app so he can forgo any tip at all. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped about 3:30pm on Saturday at this Sonic on our way from Branson back to Oklahoma City "home of the Sonic Corporate Headquarters". This was the worst Sonic we've ever been to. The burgers tasted like they were leftover from lunch! We asked for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and got 1. We also asked for 1 with mustard and 1 with mayo. They couldn't get that right either. We did get our 2 orders of tots right. It took a long time to get our order and when the guy brought it out, he apologized for long wait time. My wife stops at a Sonic in OKC "every morning" on her way to work for a breakfast burrito and Route 44 Diet Coke So she is definitely a loyal customer to Sonic. We were very disappointed in the quality of this Sonic and when we return to Joplin in the future we will definitely skip this Sonic! Love the happy hour. The drive through is quick but they always seem to mess up our order. Kids play area is nice.

We stopped by for lunch to use some Christmas gift cards. Our food was decent, especially compared to other local Sonics. My son always gets a grilled cheese and it was hot at actually cooked correctly, something that is a frequent problem at other locations. I ordered a little slider and it wasnt as hot as I prefer but it was good, the bun was very good. Our car battery died while we were sitting in the stall eating. My husband notified a car hop and asked if a manager could come out to give us a jump. Another customer overheard and offered to help, but the car hop was super nice, even offered to give us a jump herself if need be.
