We did not get what we ordered. We were charged for items we did not order. We were not given napkins. When we pushed the button to get some help with our incorrect the girl blew us off. Once we were able to get the attention of the young man running orders out. He said he would bring out the missing items. He went back inside. A big rude kid wearing a "good vibe" stated we never ordered the missing items. He became aggressive. I stated I was just going to finish my meal and go. He then began calling me names. Definitely will not be back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our food order was wrong. A big dude came out was rude and aggressive towards me. My husband asked for the missing items and napkins. This kid wear a "good vibes" shirt called us names and walked off. Notice he did to another car as well. I suggest investing in some customer service classes. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They first overcharged me. Then when I got home with my food it was garbage. My chicken strip dinner was gross. The bread not even edible and chicken strips not even warm and overcooked dark brown just nasty. What has happened to Sonic? very disappointed. It sucked. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This has to be the best sonic in the state! Ms Celest and the crew are very welcoming, friendly and they work extremely hard! Service is fast and friendly! Was really disappointed when I got my pretzel it was over cooked and they forgot the cheese sauce once agin. I ordered ahead in app and it took longer then I feel it should for me get my order. Just left after waiting 25 mins and still no food. A car pulls up next to me screaming about wanting corn dogs. A worker comes out and gives them exactly that and has a conversation. Assuming they know each other. I push the button to ask about my food and got no response. So the only way you apparently get food is to know someone working. Made order and the screen has an option to leave a tip. There is no way I was leaving a tip before I get my food frim a fast food restaurant. My order was wrong, U had no sauces, no napkins in my bag, my tots were cold. I ordered the french toast sticks...got no syrup. I asked the girl so she brought me BBQ sauce. The gentleman that took my order came out to my car to make sure he got my order correct 💙. And the lady that brought our food out herd my 2 yr old throwing one of his tantrums lol .she brought him out a small ice cream to calm him down .I will absolutely be going back ! MS CELESTE is the best thing to ever happen to this sonic. I usually hate eating sonic but it’s right next to my job so I eat it and honestly at this point I go just to see her. the cheese sticks and chicken are pretty good too. I encourage everybody to go to this sonic and give me Celeste the best tip you can afford. Service Take out Price per person $10–20
