Nothing special I asked for fresh fries because it was my first time at Sonic they we're not only cold they didn't even give me a full carton of french fries 👎👎 I only had maybe 12 fries and the burger was okay, nothing to brag home. I give this rating total of 2.5 Wendy's is much better than Sonics. I’ve been to hundreds of Sonic locations and this one is by far the worst. They rarely get everything in the order prepared correctly. Today my food was incorrect and my cherry Diet Coke had no cherry. When they mess up your order they have to take it from you and throw it in the trash. That seems like a dumb policy. The manager was rude and short with me when I talked to him about it. Bad execution and bad service. At least they did bring me cherry flavor for my Diet Coke. But no apologies were made. I highly doubt anyone at the store actually reads the reviews, so I wouldn’t expect any changes based on the review. You’ve been warned! Cold hot dog. Not good. Great service at bay. My $$$thing/screen didn't work so a lovely young man took it to another bay after sweetly trying mine several times. Hot fudge milkshake, oh yeah. I sent my guy friend to get food and he realized halfway home some items were missing, so he went back n got them n then came back to motel. Of course by then the food was cold n ice cream melting. (If you want it done right...) so we went back up there and the manager was AWESOME! She Replaced the entire order with fresh food, gave us a partial refund and was so nice and classy. Of course Sonic burgers are always great, n the best ice around for an anemic like me.
