Decent location, close to my home. Stopped by and tried the garlic butter bacon burger they have and it was, definitely garlic tasting from the get go. Super buttery, it would run down your hand. Wasn't a fan but nice concept. Wasn't a fan of their chicken sandwich. Pickles? No tomatoes? Weird for me. I know for next time. They're frito burrito was delicious. If you’re going here for drinks it’s okay but food not so much. I got cheese tots and a toast, when I got the tots there wasn’t many nor much cheese and the toaster was dry and the bread tasted burnt and looked burnt. over all this is why I don’t come to the azle sonic. S...L...O...W. Somehow my online orders seem to be displaced or I'm not really sure? But just getting a drink out seems to be problematic situation there. I once waited 25 minutes for my limeade but then had to cancel it because I didn't want to be late for work. And although it now states it on the app that they are not able to give you a refund for online orders at the time this occurred it was not stated that you must call their 800 number, which was rather frustrating within itself. Service was quick and efficient! Probably one of the best hot fudge sundaes I’ve had from Sonic. They didn’t skimp on the sauces Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The 2 stars wasn't so much for the establishment, but for a specific server. I ordered 2 drinks and had a total of 3.66. When she gave us our drinks she then rattled off a quick sentence about "change", and to have a nice day, while handing me a dollar. Most days I would not care, but I was pretty broke and needed that back. I used the button and told them the issue, and they sent her out with 50 cents. Her reasoning for not giving me the couns was that her change maker was empty, and clicked and shook it. Last I checked, cashiers can't just say "sorry, I don't have change, bye" and just give you a bill back. That is not ok. If you are out of change, go see your manager. But you cannot just repeatedly do this to every customer...that would be stealing your own tips, and that's not cool. Mistakes are fine, but I hope she went and got that change maker filled up. 🤷‍♀️😏 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Service was awful. Took an hour to get a small order of chicken buffalo bites and a rt44 unsweetened tea. I would've not waited that long but I made the mistake of ordering with the app at this sorry excuse for a Sonic. Which will not happen again. I will never order from this location again. I pressed the button twice within the hour of wait for the first kid to get sideways and say we know! We know! You're waiting! 20 minutes later second kid after I said I want a refund said your order is ready now. An hour after I'd gotten to this location. I said the teas watered down now I'm sure and foods cold. He apologized. Get they were a little busy, but seriously! An hour! For two very easy small items. Nor good! Not good at all! Waited 10 minutes of pressing the red button 3 times at stall 15 with no answer to come to find out button didn't work at all. Went to stall 16 waited another 7 mins after.1st button press. Then pressed once more for an immediate answer. Their buttons blink for about 1 min after initial press then after that someone hung up on you or it didn't work. After about 17 mins of waiting I finally got to order and then waited another 20 mons for my two slushie drinks then just left without paying or receiving my drinks. Ridiculous. Visited here on 25Apr2023. We have taken mozerella sticks & Tots with Ranch. Food is good. The restaurant is busy even it is located outside of the city at Azle. Staff is good. Medium drink filled 3 quarters of the way full. 6 tater tots in my small tots a 1.39 for 6 tots? my son's wacky pack had more tots on it. The chili cheese dog had more cheese on the wrapper than on the hot dog. Not the first time I've had problems with this location. Update 7-12-2022 Have tried giving them a couple of chances. They sent me a survey asking this question. What should Sonic focus on to improve? How about hiring people who can actually do the job? Made an order on the app my husband got there to pick it up and they said they lost my order. They didn't lose my money though made sure to take my money though. Then when they made it they made it wrong and gave me a large size container of tots with a medium size amount of tots. I specifically ordered my food with no onions and mayo and it came covered in onions and mayo. How hard is it to take and make a food order? Very dissatisfied and won't go back to Azle Sonic.
