I love the art 44 Sweet Tea. The last 2 times I’ve gone through the drive through for just a drink and paid with cash ($10 bill). Both times the same server has shorted me $1. Both times she didn’t argue it. I know how to tip but please don’t take it upon yourself to tip yourself. Most people don’t count their change to check the accuracy. I understand that human error happens and maybe this was an honest mistake but it seems very odd that this has now happened on multiple occasions Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It’s sonic, we know what it tastes like. My only issue with this location is they never put sauce in the bag. Even if the item is supposed to come with it. I always have to ask Them after they deliver. I also order on the app and if you add sauce in the app they don’t give it to you unless you pay for it. I’m 100% ok with paying for it but when I order on the app it’s because I don’t have my wallet so I couldn’t get the sauce if I wanted to. It seems crazy to have To pay For another order just for a single sauce. I ordered their new steak burger. It was good, however, the butter ended up only on one side of the burger. One side was pretty dry, while the side with all the butter was so salty, it was almost impossible to eat. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4

My Huasband and I have gotten sick twice from eating here. I have lived in Gonzales about 2 years now. And I dont eat there often but I tried once. After moving here. My burger tasted old I couldnt even eat it all. We were sick for two days after that. I called mentioned it to whoever she didnt care much. Offered to remake my food but no care . So we waited gave it time. And tried again . Again burger tasted old tater tots tasted old well the grease was bad. Sick for two days .. Even my soda was flat. Can overlook the drink as it was a ocean water so hard tell Sprite is out. So basically never eating food from here but will get my drinks here and there. Something needs to be done about this location. I'm filed a report. So we will see. Scared to retry

They took 20 minutes for 4 small drinks and a bag of ice. People who arrived after us got their orders. They bring our order and still did not have 1 bag of ice ready and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

This is a small Sonic and the people are all very friendly people. Usually they take care of the customer if something was wrong with their order even if it was an order from a few days ago but I told them that I got a burger awhile back and I ordered it with no onions because I can't eat onions because they make me very sick and when I got home with my burger it was full of onions and saturated with the onion juice but they didn't offer to make it right or anything! That right there is very bad business! This makes me not want to go there anymore and I Love Sonic! They need to correct there problems or they are going to loose a lot of business! I do a lot of reviews on everywhere I go to let people know where the good places are and where the problem places are! I will be spreading this problem to everyone I can to get the word out! Fast service. Very polite and courteous. Food is always they why I ask for. Recommend to get the double meat bacon burger and ask for chilli cheese tots and a route 44 signature cherry limeade. It hits the spot every time Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Its rare I go to Sonic, the last time i went i spent 45 mins waiting on my order as 6 customers received their order. this was 3 months ago.Today, I went in and ordered two burgers. 1st burger was a double meat quarter pounder. the meat was dry and I'm assuming that the burger comes with 1 1/2 slices of cheese. the 2nd burger was alright. I knew I should of checked my order before I left. keep in mind we go out to buy food that made and ready to eat, to check if our order was right. i know there wont be a next time. i can do way better than this. keep the money apparently ya'll need it more than me. Tossed out the burger and made my own. PS i could only post if i chose 1 star.....
