Ordered 2 sausage burritos tonight and both of them looked like the picture. Just thrown together and hardly any eggs or sausage! Ridiculous.

Wowzer went for a sonic blast. Got three different blast. M&M Oreo and Reese. Sadly the Oreo had all three candies. The Reese has both Reese and Oreo. The M&M was the only one correct. Seems like anyone with a peanut allergy beware Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They had just reopened after being closed for remodeling, and the place was bustling. We expected to have to wait a while for our drinks, but that was not the case. They came very quickly. However, it seemed as if whoever was putting the orders together inside was forgetting things like straws, napkins, etc. We saw quite a few servers have to go back inside and run back out with something else. Ordered breakfast and asked if the tater tots come with the meal the girl said yes. Got our order done around the corner to find that we had no tater tots. We asked for bacon on our burritos we got sausage and ordered French toast sticks and we were told it was in the bag. No syrup. We asked for large tater tots for the inconvenience we got small. They need to do a lot more listening. This is why I won’t be returning to any sonic in the future. This isn’t the only Sonic we’ve had issues with either. One star is way too much. Just spent over $50 hard earned dollars on trash. WTH…..burnt onion rings, old lettuce and other toppings on my burger. Store owner….this is unacceptable. If you need a real store manager to help turn this around, please let me know. Because the people you have up there now is going to cause you to end up in court for some serious damages. This service tonight is worse than trash. I’m gonna take pictures and will show you. I’ve worked for Sonic before and know good service vs the garbage that is coming out of here. Sickening. And…Please update your store phone number. You might shift store manager has only been in fast food for a year….she’s rude and don’t care. Not good. 11-13-23 8:51pm. At the store now. Store closes at 11 but manager tries to close this store and stops serving food at 10:40 but will be happy to serve the food thats left that’s been sitting for God knows how long. But not before trying to ignore you in the drive through, then at the pull in station, to the point you call the store to try and get someone to answer. Unprofessional. I was so disappointed in my service at Sonic. I arrive and waited for 30 minutes. They took two other cars that was in stalls after me orders plus others in drive threw that arrived after me. Then once they acknowledge me, they took part of my order put me on hold and came back three minutes later to say is there anything else you want to order. I am not at all happy with my service. The drinks was watered down but I was so upset that I was just ready to leave. They want be getting my service anytime soon. Ordered tator tots and a cookie dough blast. Tators were cold and dried out and the medium blast barely provided cookie dough, mind as well have been plain ice cream. The only reason for the two stars is because the two young ladies (one who took our order and one who brought it) were very pleasant. It was all great until we tasted the food. I couldn't even eat the tators! My husband refused to let me send them back. They tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
