Absolutely the worst fast food customer service experience I have endured in, well, ever. I am 39 years old. I have been a truck driver for two years. I have eaten out at many, many places. To the owners of this Sonic; I say this with conviction, and with knowledge in the weight that my statement makes. I seriously hope you fire this kid that is working for you. When I had my order taken she came off nice and happy. At the end of it is when she got rude. I asked a simple, reasonable question about the size differences for the tots you offer. Her answer was small, medium or large. Keeping my question unanswered. Obviously theres a small medium or large and can read your menu. I want to know how big that is? And I asked her to show me so I can see. She answered with the small is a kids size. I do not have kids, I do not order from the kids menu. I can have an idea but how small is that? It was not due to the price difference. I just didn't know how much food I was wanting to consume. I needed a visual as Sierra, the person taking my order was continuing to fail to adequately describe the size Sonic serves. Sierra then, in my opinion, rudely ends the order. Luckily for me the door was wide open so I walked up to further explain why I was wanting to see the size differences. I get to hear Sierra talking about me and how dumb I was for not knowing what size a kids size is and for wanting to know the difference between the sizes. I had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my order. I handed my payment of cash and she pulled out her bag to give me my change. I went to grab the receipt and saw a nice clean paper. As I reached for it she said that she would be back with my change. Takes the receipt and then comes back and give me my change on top of my receipt. Not just coins, paper cash. This time the receipt has some weird stuff on it. And so now too does my cash. Here is a picture of the receipt. It was clean, and then she got my change and then it was sticky and wet. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience. Will NEVER recommend anyone to this particular Sonic. Unless you report back that you have justly fired Sierra. Everytime I have come to this establishment they kind of make their own hours, the sign/google/their website says that they are open till 11pm, which sounds reasonable, but when I arrive driving 7+ miles to get something they've decided to close down around 1015-1030 or earlier. I understand they need to clean and do closing duties but I have never seen an establishment just disregard everything posted and remain with an open sign on, drive through lit up appearing open, and workers inside to be met with silence at the menu with the speaker for 10+ minutes. The food was really greasy. It also tasted like the grills haven't been cleaned in awhile. The lettuce was really wilty and tasted bad. The tater tots where undercooked. I was really disappointed, because I used to love Sonic, and it had been awhile since we bought anything from them. I was looking forward to it. People just don't care about quality anymore.
