The food and service are great! But it does get busy. The atmosphere is very lovely and I enjoy it when it is quieter inside during off peak hours, as this gives you more space to catch up with friends or do business meetings in a more coherent setting. I walk into the restaurant with my service dog and ask if I can sit down. There were two young women employees working at the front who would not allow me to sit inside and were extremely rude about it. I had to then inform them about the law and asked to speak to their manager. I was eventually given a table but the manager was not apologetic or sympathetic at all to the situation. Ordered one salad for pickup. Ended up with a completely different salad. Team in the kitchen did not bother to read the order ticket. By the time I got to my location after picking up, I realized their error. I should not have to perform quality control on my order.
