So, a while ago, my husband and I would pass by this plaza. We saw that there was a new place towards the back, but from the road, we thought it said Tha Potato Bar. We got so excited because we really wanted a baked potato like the ones we would get from El Zarape in the RGV. When we finally got around to visiting, Tha Potato Bar was actually La Paleta Bar. We were super disappointed that it wasn't a potato bar like we had thought (still a great place, though!).
Once Spuds opened, we couldn't believe it was actually happening. We came here on a date and really enjoyed it. We will be back for more soon ^-^

Initially uncertain about what to expect, our experience at this restaurant turned out to be a delightful surprise, thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Chef Bella. Despite the menu initially seeming intimidating, she made it remarkably easy to understand.
My wife opted for the tater tots with a delectable combination of cheese, corn, chives, chicken, red onion, and sour cream. The audible expressions of "yum yum" resonated as she savored every bite. As for myself, I indulged in a sweet potato loaded with brisket, cheese, butter, mushrooms, and copious amounts of sour cream – a culinary masterpiece.
I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. The food surpassed expectations, the venue was impeccably clean, and the staff exhibited diligence and enthusiasm, particularly Chef Bella, who truly enhanced our dining experience. We will definitely be returning!

Plenty of parking for this bright potato restaurant with music at medium volume. The manager was extremely helpful and fast. She knew everything that had to do with preparation.
I made my own frito pie spud. The dish is worth the price and the ingredients are fresh. Remember to grab your salt, pepper, tobasco and fork and you’ll like it a lot!

I'm so excited to have Spuds right next to my neighborhood! It has become one of my favorite places to stop and grab a bite to eat. "The Paddock" signature spud was delicious, and you can't go wrong with building your own spud, with a huge variety of proteins, sauces, butters, and unlimited toppings to choose from. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are courteous and helpful.

I was skeptical about a restaurant that focuses on potatoes, but they won me over! The food is fresh and delicious. There are sooooo many interesting options for toppings. We tried the potato with barbacoa, purple onions, jalapeños, garlic butter, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese and a jalapeño ranch dressing. We also had the potato soup and fried cheese. Everything was so good! And the staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back to try more of the hundreds (thousands?) of possible combinations!

Decor and layout were simple, clean, and efficient.
The order kiosk was very user friendly and well thought out.
It was $50 for 3 potatoes and drinks. The price surprised me at check out.
When the food arrived I understood why. The portions were huge, toppings amble, and good quality.

I had to try the new potato spot in town & it did not disappoint! Delicious potatoes, love the vast amount of yummy topping options. I definitely took advantage of that & made a fiesta of my fries.
