Iced Chai Tea with brown sugar was made wrong, so I went back and asked for a new one, but instead she put more brown sugar in and made it worse, and didn’t even offer a new one. Terrible experience! Service: 1

I've never had bad service from this Starbucks but this evening, the two young ladies working were the sweetest. To end a rough day, I asked for a recommendation on their fav non-caffineated drink. They both lit up with all kinds of suggestions. They made my day. Drink was perfect too!!
