It saves time and adds a layer of efficiency to the whole process. However, my ongoing issue lies in the accuracy of the orders fulfilled. On multiple occasions, I've found discrepancies between what I ordered through the app and what was available upon pickup. An example would be the recent incident with an everything bagel, where I received a plain one instead.
