Ordered mobile and picked up drinks in drive through. All the drinks were full of caramel which is NOT what we ordered! Which okay would be fine if they were just coffees but they were refreshers and matcha latte. When brought to workers attention she was very rude and shut the window at us👎 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to buy a bomb medicine, that’s how I new it right? Sorry they change the name I know now, but manager in charge and the group made fun of me for calling the tea this way, manager look upset for me saying it incorrect, she was rude her and her team at the time, it’s super upsetting to see how Starbucks change so much, I try to scan my starts the girl at the window just ignore me. I just paid and left. As far as I’m concerned I’m not coming back forgot to mention that this Starbucks it’s Located on H And Central in Lompoc Ca inside shopping center of Albertsons

As with most Starbucks, they cater to the drive-thru line before acknowledging any in-store customers. I hate their coffee, but my wife likes their Frappuccino. So, the stars are from her. A very strange experience. The barista (I think? He might be a janitor) followed me into the bathroom and literally tore the place apart throwing chairs around. A true American Psycho. This place sucks! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
