Today I bought a medium cappuccino and when they gave it to me I noticed that it was not heavy, I uncovered it and confirmed that half of the cup was cappuccino and the other half was just foam, I was very disappointed (Starbucks is already somewhat expensive, and giving the customer less than what you are paying for is a theft)! Service: 4

The lady with black hair that wears it in braids has HORRIBLE customer service. So over it. Always negative attitude, and god forbid you say thank you to her because she won’t reply. I go here regularly and I’ve never seen her smile. It’s only her that’s terrible but one bad employee can really effect customers wanting to come back. She just served me burnt coffee. Thanks for the great Mother’s Day 😐
