I Use the phone app to order ahead. The whole purpose is that it's " Ready and Correct" when you get there. It was my bday so my latte was free. I pulled up to the order screen and said phone app order for Michele, now at this point if there wasn't a phone order for me they should have said we don't have it but let me take it now. Instead I'm told to pull up. There are 4 cars in front of me and by the time I get to the window to be told there's no order for me,there are now 4 cars behind me. Instead of taking my order at the window against STARBUCKS POLICY I'm told to pull around and order it at the drive thru. Well Happy friggin birthday to me! This location is not consistent. The customer service from Justin was outstanding! We travel all over the country for work and don’t get good customer service anymore but we had it from him.
