A woman asked me for my name and I said it wasn’t necessary, especially since there were no other customers. My real first name is Burmese and so I prefer not to share it with strangers. Instead of leaving it be, she then proceeded to insist that she needed a name so I said it and then she continued to waste my time by insisting on getting the correct spelling since “as an English teacher” it’s very important to her (even though I already said it didn’t matter). On top of all that, she got my drink wrong. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if it hadn’t almost kill my mother. I ordered an iced chai with almond milk and made sure it was completely dairy free since I would be sharing with my mother, who is allergic to dairy. I made the mistake of letting her have the first sip which is when we found out that the barista forgot about my request for almond milk because my mother had a major allergic reaction. Luckily we had an Epi Pen but Target really needs to make sure that their baristas are actually paying attention to what they’re doing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Another terribly run Starbucks in a long list of terribly run Starbucks’ in NH. Most notably at this one, they close 15-20 minutes early. Was there at 7:42pm, they were shut down, doors locked, nobody inside except employees. As a traveling salesman, I review every Starbucks I happened upon. Somersworth definitely gets an “F” and has need of immediate management changes.

The store manager was very helpful, polite and worked fast despite being the only employee during a busy time of day. Will def. return to this location again.
