Usually a long wait, very inconvenient. Today my order said it would take 3 min to be ready at 6:26am. Get to the door and there’s a sign saying the lobby would be closed til 7:20am. Now everyone has to go to drive thru. By the time I get to the window it was 6:48am and my drink was still not ready. I had to opt for a refund being that I had to be at work by 7am. I asked why the lobby was closed and the guy said only 2 people were working. Needs better management. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Stoped by on our way home and what a mistake. I walked inside to order at the counter and the Mgr said it’s going to be a few minutes before anyone could take my order. Now there are four more people behind me and after 10 minutes they took my order and said it would be another 20 minute wait!! Two people didn’t show for work & the three employees were just attending to the drive thru orders. It seems like they definitely need on-call employees for this reason.
