While most of the time these chains are meant to be consistent among all the sites , there are clearly some that care more to hit that expectation than others and this location appears to be one. We pull up at 7:58p.m not knowing the place closes at 8p.m. drive thru workers sees us and locks the window like she's protecting the bank from being held up and the other works literally runs to the front door to lock it before we can come in. This my friends is the difference between employees and owners! I bet neither one of them had moved that fast all day!! Do better Starbucks West Ocean City. Won't stop here again I promise and we are locals!! Service: 1

I love this store. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, great place to read or study in the off season. The partners are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Customer service is excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
