I’ve been going to this store for 14ish years maybe more and today was the final straw for me. Freddy took my order and was a complete jerk and always is but today he yelled and fought with me at the window cause HE put in the wrong drink. I asked about their new lavender drinks and he proceeded to tell me they don’t know the drive through menus and put me in for the lavender matcha which is not what I wanted. Got to the window he handed me the drink and I kindly said this isn’t what I ordered and he yelled at me and said I asked what you wanted and got impatient. He told me to pull forward to the front and they will bring out my drink. Freddy brought it out and said here is your stupid drink. This guy is a jerk every time and from what I’m told from employees and former ones this is normal behavior and the store manager allows it by just giving him a lecture. Corporate has been contacted and so has Mayra the store manager. I used to go religiously but this may be my last visit unless Freddy is finally fired for being unprofessional Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
