When I tell you, I was having the absolute WORST day. I had to take my ESA to the vet and miss work. Stopped in here on my way home and the vibe is great, everyone is super sweet and the spread love wall is adorable. I go to Starbucks REGULARLY and always get good service but never feel compelled to write a review about my experience. Today was so far beyond “customer service” this was genuine human connection and it was amazing. JUSTUS AND JERRY really made my visit magical. Way to turn around my day. I was greeted,but after that the baristas talked amount themselves and I was the only customer. I ordered the new iced lavender oatmilk matcha and mine looked like and tasted like the regular matcha. They did a bad job with our drinks. My dragonfruit drink didn't come out as I ordered!! This is the worst place ever where barista can't read an order to make a drink right. I paid for this drink and paid extra for my strawberries too. It's not a free drink, ok??? Heloo, no english or can't read?? Should be zero stars. Service: 1

The Lemon loaf is so delicious and I also purchased drinks for the me and the kids. Drinks alway right and the service through the drive thru is always quick at this location and the clerks always greet you with a friendly smile. I regularly order from this Starbucks - both in person and through Doordash. Usually hot chocolates, lattes and caramel frappuccinos. I feel like I have to double and triple check that they get my order right every time, because typically I will drive/walk away with 2-3 things missing that I most certainly paid for. The reason for my review today is communication. On the rare times that I order through doordash, it's always a caramel frappuccino, because it's the simplest thing to make and hard to screw up. I input all of the details: Venti Caramel Frappuccino, with extra caramel drizzle inside and on top. The extra caramel drizzle costs $.75 and I typically don't receive it, so I called the store. Tell me why I had to call the store 2-3 times before someone picked up? And then the guy didn't even take my name he was so rushed to hang up. Then the icing on the cake: I receive the order, so extra drizzle, and just to be petty they didn't include a straw. What a jerk. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
