I ordered a 1/2 decaf English Toffee Latte. They didn’t have English toffee syrup. So they decided to make me an English breakfast tea latte with toffee syrup…?? I asked how they made it half caffeinated, and the response was, “ I added toffee syrup”. The only similarity between the drink I ordered, and the one I received was that they used milk, there was toffee syrup, and the word English is in the name. She offered to make me a drink, but at that point, she was visibly upset because I asked for what I ordered and you don’t want a drink from a person you have offended. I hope that in the future, if you don’t know how to make the drink someone ordered that you would just ask them what they mean instead of creating some thing that they didn’t want and serve it to them, expecting them to be happy with it. As a former partner at Starbucks I was pretty shocked at the lack of knowledge of coffee in general. I usually leave pretty good reviews because I am appreciative of the service and understand that type of work . This was pretty weird though. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
