Online it says the business updated their hours 6 DAYS AGO!! To open at 4:30am they do not open til 5am!! I ordered my drink in advance via the app and it’s literally ready and they won’t even hand it to Me Service: 1

I frequent Starbucks on the daily, and this is by far the best location in the valley. Fast and friendly, and my food and drinks always taste great! Going to any other location usually pales in comparison to the service received at the Litchfield/McDowell Starbucks! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So I'll start by saying that I would say that I'm a "regular " at this Starbucks , I enjoy the environment and most of the staff knows me by name and I enjoy coming here , So the most recent time that I came was a Saturday and I usually come during the week , so when I was about to order the guy (first time seeing this guy, he had glasses on I don't know his name ) that was going to take my order I don't think he said anything when I was going to tell him my order , so I asked him does a venti caramel machiatto have 3 shots of espresso and he right away said hot or iced and I wasn't sure what he was trying to say then I said iced and he said that iced has 3 shots and hot has 2 , he could have just said yea hot has 2 and iced has 3 , he was very impersonal and serious in his tone , not the usual kind and friendly service I'm used to getting , it was just a disappointing customer service experience , I think he needs to learn some better customer service skills , UPDATE yes I have noticed improvements in customer service overall , keep up the good work Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
