Stopped by 5 minutes before closing and asked for london fog. Instead of being honest and saying that they already cleaned frothers, they served me hot water and a tea bag without saying anything. Claudia the Barista, Joe Ryan the district manager and Dan sparling store manager, they ignore what offers are in their app, will not honor it if they dont feel like, they know very well how not to treat Starbucks customers, specially when you give service to their expresso machines in the area, I was not expecting this from you.
