It took them 25 mins to get our order ready after we reminded them. As others have noted in their review, this location prioritizes mobile and drive-through orders over customers who are in the store. Our 5-10 min coffee stop turned into 30 mins of agony, will not recommend this location for a quick stop. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely pathetic how they ignore customers that get off their butts to walk in and order. I walked in and was able to order immediately. However they only care about mobile orders and drive thru. The drive thru line was out to the road so like I said I parked and went in. How hard is it for someone to make my drink while I’m o. There? Instead make drinks for people that aren’t even there!!! After 35 minutes waiting for my coffee I asked for a refund. Service: 1
