Staff was friendly and accommodating. However the music and the background makes it impossible to have any coffee and conversation in peace. More than a few people came in and left and I believe it was because of the background music which does not lend to quiet conversation over coffee, browsing on a computer or catching up on homework. The music is completely out of sync with the environment and purpose of meeting anybody for coffee. It was difficult to even hear another person talking or focus on anything they're saying because of the music. Please get rid of the music. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

The service was good but the coffee was horrible! Not like what one might typically experience at any Starbucks location.I had a mocha there today and it tasted awful! No flavor at all and almost tasted as if the barista had reused the grounds or something. Id be very reluctant to go back to that location in the future.

It was OK at best! The service was very slow. There were 6 people behind the counter, and only 4 were doing anything. They weren't doing anything very fast either. The worst was when asked a question, the young lady at the register would roll her eyes and seemed annoyed. I also felt the prices were exorbitant for what you got. I've tried this location several times. Every single time it is terrible. The coffee is super watered down and my shake espresso always comes out being completely white. All milk and no espresso.
