The batista never called out my name and since my drink was made wrong, I didn't think it was ready. I waited almost 20 minutes as guest after guest got the drinks. I walked up to the bar to look at the one drink no one was grabbing and realized it was supposed to be my drink. I let her know it was wrong, and she seemed annoyed. Inattentive workers that took over 15 minutes to pour a latte that ended sitting on the espresso machine before we had to ask for it. When we asked about it, the worker said oh it’s sitting right here before she capped it and put in on the pick up bar. The workers kept on doing other side duties instead of making drinks. Every time I order from this location through UBER Eats, the quality of the items is poor. Today, I ordered a hot blond vanilla latte (no vanilla). I ordered a cheese and fruit plate; apples were brown and brie cheese was old and did not taste right. I ordered an Impossible Breakfast sandwich and it was not fully cooked. To be clear, none of the issues were caused by Uber Eats and I only experience issues when I order from the Starbucks Monona WI, location. Of course I called Starbucks and I was told there was nothing Starbucks could do, that I needed to contact Uber Eats support, who of course requested pictures. This is unacceptable, as the poor quality HAS nothing to do with Uber Eats. Food: 1 Service: 1

As of late - this location is very slow and my typical hazelnut latte is never consistent - its weak, has other flavors in it like mocha, or they give it iced when I never asked for that… please corporate step in and help this place! Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Service: 1
