HORRIBLE PLEASE TRAIN YOUR BARISTAS i’ve gotten two ice pumpkin cream chai lattes here and it’s like they have NO idea how to make it like can y’all actually quit if you hate your job this much? whenever i get one here it’s BROWN. do you guys know what it’s supposed to look like??? why is it BROWN. everytime i get the exact same order from a different starbucks it’s perfect Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible customer service. I understand being busy and the volume of orders this Starbucks handles. But to make a customer wait for his order for 15 minutes while the store is empty and the order being ready without announcing a name. The workers could care less and morale is noticeably low. Stopped in due to lack of seating in the immediate area. Purchased a drink to support the business providing me with seating, as I have physical issues and standing or walking for extended periods of time becomes extremely painful. Fast, friendly service with a fair amount of seating, good WiFi, and good selection of music. Today was my first time visiting this Starbucks location and I accidentally placed a mobile order at a different location. An employee, possibly a manager, recreated my order and asked that I call the other store to cancel my original order (I called but they’d already created it). After eating a sandwich and trying their new pineapple Refresher, plus doing personal productivity stuff from one of the tables for about an hour, I walked toward the door. Before I exited the same employee told me to have a nice day and still remembered my name from our interaction from more than an hour ago. Now that’s customer service! This Starbucks has to be the best Starbucks from the service to the quality of the drinks. They are phenomenally amazing the staff is so hard-working wish I could give more than five stars Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I'm a real estate agent & I travel A LOT! I've been to so many Starbucks & when I tell you this is the worst one I've been too! Wow the wait is ridiculous the coffee always seems watered down, sweet foam isn't the same the "extra caramel" isn't really extra or even just regular caramel lol I will wait for hours to go to another Starbucks then to go here. I just went since I was in a rush & guess what? Lol I was there for 15min waiting on the drive thru like with 2 cars in front of me & now I waited 15min for a watered down drink. I'm so livid!

got peppermint mocha and i decided to let it cool off with the lid and i noticed that a quarter of the cup was empty and for $6 i would expect atleast a little bit more. very disappointed Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

This location is wonderful. Although it is small Starbucks, the staff is lovely, cheerful and friendly. Always happy and helpful. I wanted to use my stars and the cashier was so helpful to explain how I can utilize all my stars. I've been to that location before and I received the same excellent service, food and beverages. Today was definitely a Starbucks day. It was cold and windy. I needed hot tea. It hit the spot. Thank you Commack Starbucks Store#: 2783
