I dropped in on 11/17 because my regular Starbie was out of peppermint, drinks and food were perfect and all the staff was so amazingly friendly. Sunshine was the sweetest barista ever and she lived up to her name with her warm smile and inviting conversation! I went to get my red cup today. Worker at the window didn't say hi , she just handed me my cup and then just handed me my drink and kept speaking in her headset and didn't say thank you !! I tried to say thank you and she just looked at me angrily and pointed to her headset. So rude. Finish your order then hand me my drink and thank me. Not rocket science.
