Food was amazing!! Haven't been to a steak n shake in years as we don't have one in our hometown. Was not a let down. The burger was so fresh. Prices were great (7.99 for combo for double included drink) and the staff was nicest I have encountered in awhile. Very very clean too! Wish I could give them 6 star. Went through drive thru and the lady was clearly and obviously tweaking and out of her mind. We seen other staff present an decided to not drive off in hopes food would be fine. The fries OLD / cold and hamburgers cold. Wasted money and will not return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Store has really gone down hill , they did away with happy hour 1/2 price shakes, you have to ask for a spoon with a shake, often they forget the whipped cream and cherry. Also inside no wait staff you order via a kiosk and fetch your food when it comes up, used to be a better place!
