Had a four meat sub. Good tasting sub. Thought the meat portion would be more for $12, but we are living in strange times. I plan on going back if not for another sub then maybe to check out the pizza or ribs. EDITED 1/26/24 I’ve seen a huge improvement in the quality and service. They have definitely listened and worked hard to overcome past issues and I’m happy to support this local business again. Good food, good service. ————- The food is good when made correctly, however it’s very rarely ever correct. Which is frustrating given how expensive they are. The kids that work there normally goof off and don’t care about customers. I stood there for half an hour waiting for my food because they “forgot to bring it to me” while 4 people behind me got served. Every order I’ve ordered (usually just 1 whole sandwich) was wrong the last 4 times I’ve gone in. I’m usually pretty understanding that mistakes happen and that the restaurant business has been struggling. I work in the food business myself, but this is a little ridiculous when you pay more than $20 for a sandwich just to find out it’s not what you asked for … every single time. I really don’t think I’ll be coming back, and I definitely will never recommend that anyone come here. It seems if they have to make more than half a sandwich at a time they can’t handle it. Always a good spot to grab a sandwich. This is a great alternative to fast food in Helena. Since Helena doesn't have a ton of fast food options it's a good option for something different outside of hamburgers and tacos.
