Just ate here and probably will never go back. Wife ordered the steak and coconut shrimp. She is the type of person that orders her meat well done. Steak came out so over cooked you could see it was burned. It was so tough and dry she couldn’t finish it. I tried it for myself and all I could taste was burned char. I had the prime rib asked to have it blackened Cajun. It did not come out that way. We had to wait a long time for our food so we didn’t want to send it back and wait longer. Also don’t feel that the cost vs portion size on the prime rib was worth it. Sides, drinks, appetizers were good. Our server was friendly and did well. I tried Stockmans for the first time last Friday. The rolls were good, but a little too cold for the butter to melt properly on them. I ordered the chicken pesto, and my wife ordered the sirloin Mediterranean medallions. Our food arrived in about 15 minutes. It was a good meal, but it was a bit too much seasoning for my liking. My wife really enjoyed her food. For a steakhouse, we can see the appeal. The atmosphere was nice and quiet when we came. They had holiday music playing for the month. Great food. Fun decor. Service was great and happy and friendly. We went at the busiest time of day, but the estimated wait time was exactly what they quoted us. I Would recommend ordering a temperature or 2 warmer on your steak than you normally would. Everything tasted great from the rolls and sweet butter clear through desserts. Our waitress obviously didn’t care much for us, it took about 30 minutes to even get a drink, and she never brought water even… it was towards closing time, but still could have been better to our table! Food was delicious! But the steak wasn’t seasoned at all which was disappointing. Cheese curds were delicious!
