I attempted to order a sandwich. It took 20 minutes as they had never turned on the oven when they opened the store. There was only one other guest also waiitng fir thw oven. this was after I had attempted to go through the drive-thru but was completely ignored there. when I finally got to the register they wouldn't accept my coupon because the computer system was down despite the fact that I was paying cash. This is the second time I've been unable to redeem a Subway coupon with this place. The other time was with a previous owner, who made things right. The workers were very nice about this, but their hands were tied. In my opinion, this is false advertising and I will not go back to this shop unless this situation is corrected and I am apologized to for having to waste my time. Please notice that, as far as I can tell, the response below this review is from the previous owner a year ago. If it's from the new owner, then maybe they can put the date (with year) in their reply. (Later) I've since returned to the place and tried again to redeem a Subway coupon. This time, it worked. Looks like the new owners have corrected the problem. And I'd like to add that this particular Subway is very clean and well run. My wife and I will resume our patronage. Wow, what happened? This place used to rock. Horrible customer service. I can't come back now. Just awful place. So done and disappointed. I will not be back. This sucks big. You can tell, the owners do not care. This place is going out. That's sad. If I owned a business I would be in business to make money. Obviously the owner has enough money that they don't care. The young man working was very pleasant but he had no help I waited 15+ minutes for one sandwich. The person in front of me was still waiting for their online order they had placed 20 minutes before I showed up. The one thing that bother me the most was that as he was making my sandwich, with gloves on he reached in his pocket and pulled his phone out then continued to make my sandwich. Not very sanitary.

The owner/ management allowed a young man with 4 days work experience to work a closing weekend shift by himself. He did an amazing job trying but was just overwhelmed and we wound up waiting almost two hours for a 30 minute online order.
