People working there have never been to a Subway in their life. Who the hell taught them how to make subs? Toppings completely wrong when ordering through drive thru. Just READ.

Extremely slow workers. Waited over 20 minutes for my pick up order that should has been ready when I arrived . Seems like the lady was doing all the working and the guy was doing all the talking.

I hope I can figure out how to upload a photo on here. I ordered a 6" tuna sandwich from drive through. The toppings are only in the middle, including the Mayo. These guys clearly don't care about what they serve, I suggest going to a different location.

Once I forgot to mention on the online order to remove a meat topping from the 2 subs because my kid can't eat that particular type of meat (my kid has a big appetite). I immediately tried calling several times to tell them before they start to make it. It rang and rang, but they never answered. I ended up ordering another two subs for my kid on a 2nd online order that we couldn't afford (we are on a tight budget and Subway is a rare treat for my kid).
Another time I tried calling because we didn't get the double portion of guacamole we paid for and my autistic kid felt the subs were ruined. But no one ever picked up. Driving that distance to see if they had it (they don't always) with no guarantee they'd even give it to us was not worth the gas we'd waste (gas was expensive and again, we must budget). The grocery store was much closer and cheaper in the long run, though I usually don't buy it because of my budget.
Yet another time, we tried calling to check ahead if they had guac but, again, they didn't answer so I went to the grocery store on the way back.
My kid likes them, but I won't be ordering online anymore. Sucks because we order when they have a certain deal, but they are for online orders only and delivery is also not affordable for us.

Ok, so I rarely eat subway because anytime I get their sandwiches are just terrible. I’m not sure why but tonight my cheesesteak sub tasted like the ones I used to have back in the day. We will definitely order from this location again. Thank you!
