The last time I went here was Dec 14th for lunch and I have to say the service is sketchy. I usually buy the all American that has 2x the cheese. They always just put one slice and when I say something about it they get upset. She accused me of yelling at her which I apologized for because I wasn't aware I was. I don't have great hearing and with all the people in there and the fans blowing maybe I did raise my voice. But they continued to be rude. They do not give out small cups so you can have water. They said they stopped during COVID which is not true because every other Subway I have gone to still does. I will never go to the Santa Paula location again. I said hello first which should've told me to just walk out. No one greeted me back, because the lady there named Maria was busy talking to another employee clearly not work related. She seemed annoyed to even have to ring us up for one footlong! Her whole vibe was as if she owned the place and even made sure I knew I was bothering her by twiddling her thumbs on the counter as if rushing me to hurry up and pay as I was taking my money out. She has no understanding of customer service and how to make us feel welcomed and left me wondering how others have to deal with her there. Definitely not someone I would work with. She needs to remember that the people coming in keep the business open for her to even have a job. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Don't order from here. I ordered a sandwich and ask for extra and didn't even put extra they put very light amount and then when I went in to ask for extra they said sometimes we can't put more we can't put extra. I told them if custom asked for more you just put more that's your business and she keeps saying I'm sorry I can't do anything about it and I told him that's very pathetic of a sandwich that you guys made. I think her name was Jax. The other two girls that was working just ignore the problem and gave kind of attitude faces. They don't know what they're doing or probably management told them to be cheap on the ingredients. It's not the first time I give them a second chance and it still happening Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a short interaction when I came to pick up mobile order and I have to say it brightened my day the gals working had a bright attitude and gave off incredibly welcoming vibes. This subway is doing right with their employees 10/10 service and attitude!! Service Take out
