For like two weeks now they can’t take gift cards for some unknown reason. Only cash and debit cards. I understand it being down for a day or two but you’re a chain restaurant, you should probably get that sorted out.

I went to this location looking to get a sub and they only had one type of bread available ( Italian jalapeño) which you can tell it’s been sitting for some time. I think it’s pathetic when you don’t close until 9pm. But we’re cleaning up to close early at 7:30. Lazy employees and management for letting this happen. Don’t bother if you want a sub after 7pm at this location Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible service, and a horrible steak and cheese sandwich. I was told that the steak and cheese is a cold meat sandwich? When I ordered online and complained after I got home that it was cold. They never even offered any kind apologies or solutions, like making me a warm sandwich, and told me that the sandwich I ordered from the warm sandwich section on the app menu was not supposed to be warm. They did make me another sandwich after I asked if they would, but insisted that I was wrong and that if I wanted it warm I had to put in special instructions to warm the meat.
