Worst experience ever. They used tons of sauce on all sandwiches. Two of them were inedible due to the extra extra extra mustard that was on them. Both were ordered with regular honey mustard. Two other sandwiches were ordered toasted and they were cold, never toasted. Discovered all of this after we left town and didn’t go back as we were traveling through. Won’t go there ever again. The employees staffed today were less than satisfactory. I can understand work stress, but in front of us as they were making our food they were complaining about what we were ordering because it would cause more prep for them. The employee named Caleb openly glared at my brother after he ordered the last of one of the breads and meats. The store smelled foul and was an absolute mess. I work as a shift lead at a restaurant and employees would have been seriously reprimanded for the awful way they behaved and condition of the store. It really used to be a nice place to go... The advertised drive-thru is never open. This is not the address for the current Subway. Employees were very rude when I was ordering. I’ve witnessed unsanitary practices being used on multiple occasions. Limited selection of breads, meats, and toppings. The employee at the register had the audacity to asked me if I was going to leave a good tip, since I was paying with card and the machine asks if we would like to leave a tip. The reviews provide an overall consensus that this location does not value their customers, and struggles to provide minimal service.
