Didn’t have enough veggie patties to make a foot long so instead of charging me for half he put it in a foot long roll and charged me full price. Went to call in a order for 3 sandwiches and was told that they can not do that. I asked why and was told that they are to busy to take a call in order. How are you going to refuse someone calling sandwiches in even if you are busy? But you have time to answer the phone. The person on the phone was rude and not pleasant which is not a surprise for this location. Ben in there and had to wait to order because the staff was in the back talking. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

The young lady who served us was fabulous! She was very friendly and made our subs beautifully!! Excellent customer service will definitely be back here!!!

Waited at counter 2 minutes with no service while the help was sitting on counter in back,room texting. Goto the subway up the street by car wash in bechteksville 300 times cleaner and better food.

The place is under new management.. and it completely a whole new restaurant.. great service,. Friendly workers. They actually have preztels made. Great place now compared to before

This store must be under new management. They never have pretzels made and when they do, they look like a 3 year old made them. The sandwich makers Don't seem to care much... I will go to another location....

Out of pretzels, out of ice. I don’t understand, is the Auntie Ann’s attached only restocked once a month? Employees asked if no ice was ok in my lemonade I said fine and filled it with ice at the coke machine 3 feet to the right. Offered no alternative to no pretzels not even a “hey I’ll make some more wanna wait”? Sucks there is no Auntie Ann’s anywhere closer or I would go there instead.

Slow slow slow. Never should have let Deb go! The new employees can't handle 2 or 3 customers at 930 am when Deb could take care of 8 of us everyday no problem. Do whatever it takes to get her back..... your losing alot of business without her!

Went into the store on,the evening of February 4th. Was told upon waiting in line for 5 minutes they have no lettuce or onions or Italian rolls. Last time i,checked this store sold hoagies and those toppings are pretty important to that business. Maybe they need new shift managers or inventory managers or just management in general.
